Communication
Throughout my previous work experiences and classes I have developed a strong skillset in communication. I believe I am able to listen and effictively express my ideas and goals.
Teamwork
During my internships and classes I have expanded on my teamwork skills by collaborating with diverse groups. This skillset has allowed me to effeciently and innovatively met project deadlines and goals.
Time Management
I have strong time management skills which allows me to balance my academics, work schedule, and social life schedule. I am able to accomplish this by prioritizing tasks and setting aside time for projects and completing goals.
Adaptability
I developed strong adaptability skills by successfully navigating hybrid work environments and contributing to two hurricane assistance EOCs, where I quickly adjusted to shifting priorities and challenges. Additionally, transitioning to online learning during COVID-19 strengthened my ability to adapt to new platforms and maintain productivity in dynamic situations.
Project Management
I developed project management skills by leading a 150-hour Eagle Scout project, overseeing fundraising, planning, and construction to complete two patios for a community garden. Additionally, my internships involved managing multiple marketing initiatives, ensuring deadlines were met while coordinating with teams to achieve project goals.
Creativity
I demonstrated creativity by designing innovative marketing strategies during my internships, including developing engaging content for social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility. My coursework in digital marketing and branding further refined my ability to think outside the box and craft unique solutions for complex marketing challenges.
