The Back to the Beach Festival was Treasure Island’s first beachfront music festival that celebrated a return to normal in the area after two devasting hurricanes. This festival featured thousands of attendees, live music, vendors, sand sculptures, and kites.
I played a key role in executing a booth activation designed to enhance fan engagement and maximize brand visibility. The activation served as a hub for festival attendees to interact with the brand, participate in exciting activities, and create lasting memories.
Booth Design & Setup
– Assisted in organizing and setting up an eye-catching booth space that attracted festivalgoers.
– Ensured the activation aligned with the brand’s identity through visually engaging signage, interactive elements, and promotional materials.
– Helped optimize booth flow to create a seamless experience for attendees.
Fan Engagement & Interactive Experiences
– Engaged with festival attendees, encouraging participation in booth activities such as giveaways, photo opportunities, and branded challenges.
– Promoted social media engagement by encouraging guests to share their experiences using branded hashtags.
– Helped facilitate on-site contests and raffles, including booth traffic and brand interaction
Content Creation & Branded Promotion
– Captured high-quality photos and videos of attendees interacting with the booth for use in post-event marketing.

– Drove high levels of engagement (over 17,000 total reach in-person), with attendees actively participating in activation activities.

Eagle Scout Project – Karen Nash Memorial Butterfly Garden
For my Eagle Scout Project, I led the design and construction of two patio spaces at the Karen Nash Memorial Butterfly Garden in Washington, NJ. This project not only enhanced the garden’s functionality but also provided a peaceful gathering space for visitors to enjoy the natural beauty of the area.

– Designed and constructed two custom patio areas to improve the garden’s accessibility and visitor experience.
