By obtaining my email marketing certification I have learned how to effecitvely build email marketing campaigns that will engage and convert subscribers successfully. I have also learned what the best practices are for email design, segmentation, and personalization. Additionally, I learned how to understand key performance metrics in order to refine email campaigns.

By obtaining my social media certification I have learned how to effectively create a social media strategy that builds brand awareness and engages with target audiences. I have also learned techniques for growing online communities as well as the need to stay atop on emerging social trends. Additionally, I learned how to understand key performance metrics in order to refine social media campaigns.

By obtaining my SEO certification I gained an understanding of search engine optimizaition and how to implement strategies to improve a website’s ranking and visibility. I also learned how to identify high-value keywords that align with user intent, as well as on-page SEO techniques. Additionally, I learned about link-building strategies and how to increase site ranking and the use of analytics that help measure SEO success.

By obtaining my content marketing certification I have learned how to develop a content strategy that aligns with business goals and addresses the audience’s interests and needs. This course taught me the importance of storytelling, consistency across all platforms, and the tone of voice when building a brand identity. Additionally, I learned how to measure content performance, and gained practical skills for developing valuable content.

By obtaining my inbound marketing certification I have learned how to attract, engage, and satisfy customers by creating content that is relevant and valuable to them. This course covered the principles of inbound marketing, and the importance of creating content that addresses audience interests throughout the buyer’s journey. Additionally, I learned about the importance of drawing in leads through SEO, social media, and content marketing. This course taught me how to build meaningful connections with customers and how to sustain business growth.

By obtaining my Google Analytics certification I have a strong foundation in using Google Analytics and how to measure and analyze website performance. I also have learned how to segment audiences and create custom reports into specific user groups, which will help identify trends and optimize marketing strategies.

By obtaining my Google Ads Search certification I have a strong foundation on creating, managing, and optimizing effective search campaigns on Google. I also have learned how to use identifying terms that align with user intent. I also learned how to structure campaigns and ad groups for maximum efficiency.

By obtaining my Google Ads Display certificaiton I learned how to visually create engaging display ads taht wil lreach adueinces across the Google Display Network. I also learned how to design campaigns that will help build brand awareness and drive engagement. This certification covered practices on creating responsive display ads.

By obtaining my Google Ads Measurement certification I learned how to effectively track and measure performance of Google Ads campaigns. I also learned how to set up conversion tracking which including tracking actions such as form submissions, purchases, and other key metrics. This certificaiton also covered Google Tag Manager and how to implement and manage tags.

CRM
During my internship at Visit St. Pete Clearwater, I gained hands-on experience using a Customer Relationship Management system to manage and track interactions with current partners and potential clients and visitors. I learned how to input and update contact information, as well as tracking the progress of marketing campaigns.

Data Analytics
While completing two internships, I gained hands-on-experience in data analytics, which allowed me to better understand how data can drive marketing decisions. I learned how to use various analytic tools to track performances of our marketing campaigns, as well as our social media engagement performance.

Throughout my two internships, I gained hands-on-experience in copywriting, email marketing campaigns, cold calling clients, sales, content creation, face-to-face marketing, and social media marketing.



Canva
Throughout my previous internships and time at UTampa, I have learned and used Canva. I have learned about Canva’s wide range of customizable templates to help create social media posts, presentations, and promotional materials. I have used Canva to create text, images, and icons to help polish designs that align with my project goals.







Adobe Creative Cloud
Throughout my time at UTampa, I have taken classes to learn more about Adobe Creative Cloud and how to use each app with hands-on experience. I have developed skills in photo editing, retouching, and manipulating images. I have also created logos, icons, and illustrations using Illustrator. With the use of video editing software, I have learned how to cut, organize, and ehance video content in ways that communicate stories effectively.





Microsoft Office Specialist: Expert
I taken courses to become certified with Microsoft Office. Taking these courses allowed me to get hands-on experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office, and Access. This certification shows that I have mastered complex functions within these platforms. Throughout taking this course, I have learned advanced data analysis in Excel, how to make custom PowerPoints, and how to achieve professional document formatting in Word. With the knowledge of these courses as well as hands-on-experience I have gained the expertise to optimize business operations and streamline tasks.
